Our
Benevolence Ministry

What is Benevolence Ministry?
GracePointe Benevolence Ministry is a compassionate extension of Christ’s love, dedicated to providing comfort, support, and assistance to those in need within our church and community. Through financial aid, food, clothing, and other essential resources, we strive to uplift and care for individuals and families facing hardship. Rooted in generosity and service, our ministry seeks to be a reflection of God’s provision, ensuring that no one walks alone in times of difficulty.

"Be a Pointe of Grace by Extending God's love to serve those in need."
2025 Benevolence Board
Our Benevolence Ministry Chair Leader
Our Benevolence Chair Leader is Sandy Freeman. Sandy has been with GracePointe Church since 2021. She retired in 2009 after 26 rewarding years of professional growth working for the Tallahassee City manager as Executive Assistant, never realizing until later that God had plans to use those professional qualities for His greater purpose. Soon, after retiring, her husband and her for called to Pasto the Marianna, Florida Church of God, which became a true work of love. Over the course of 7 years, God created in her a genuine love and appreciate for people of all walks and backgrounds.

Future Plans for Benevolence Ministry
This coming year, we, the members of the Benevolence Board, will be keep to the needs of another, whether a member of GracePointe or not, whether a Christian or not, with no favoritism for a partivular status in life. Our goal is to be ready to recognize a need, then reach out to soothe a moment of distress that has fallen on another individual or family, and we do it all in Jesus' name.
